Running for Clean Water - Sharing the Living Water

The H2gO Relay team will run in the 2022 Harrisburg Marathon on November 13th. Together, we will run a total of 26.2 miles. Micah, the Financial Administrator for GPPD, Cade, Elijah and Jeriah will each run 1 of the 4 legs to complete the 26.2 miles. Each team member has a passion to provide water for rural villages who do not have access a nearby clean water source. 

The funds raised through Running Water for the Living Water will go towards providing clean water wells for mainly rural villages in Southern India as well as a few wells in Uganda, Africa.  Our team will be joining more than 25 other RWLW relay teams on that day. With your help, we will make a huge impact in the lives of many people around the world. 

Some staggering stats.... every 20 seconds a child dies from a water-related disease. Every year over 2.2 million people, mostly children under the age of 5 die from starvation and preventable diseases (Source: UNICEF).

With God's help and by His grace, over the last few years GPPD has installed 470+ clean water wells in India to provide not only physical water for those in need, but to also provide opportunities to share about the Living Water. Our goal is to compete 500 wells by the end of 2022... we are so close to reaching our goal!!
